Your Saturday Programme Saturday is a day of activities both on and off site. You can explore the Somerset country side with the Scenic run or just get yourselves out to visit the local attractions, these include Longleat Safari Park and House, The Castles of Nunney and Dunster. West Somerset Steam Railway, Wells Cathedral, Glastonbury, and Stourhead House. Or how about exploring the moors or Cheddar Gorge. So much to see.
Or pit your wits against the cryptic clues of the Scatter run. Take in the country side at the same time.
Your Autojumble stalls await your rummaging and club regalia stand has new stock for your delight. We have tyre rolling contest again this year courtesy of Longstone Tyres and the raffle has great prizes.
There is always time for a game of Skittles in the clubhouse and a pint or two from the bar. When you are all done with your day of exploration the evening has some more for you to enjoy. It is Caribbean Buffet time. Come dressed in Jack Sparrow or Jamacian style, let your dreadlocks down,

Somerset
and surrounding counties have a great many attractions to be visited,
these include the East and West Somerset Steam Railways, Cheddar Gorge,
Wookey Hole, Longleat, Bath, Wells Cathedral, Glastonbury and enough castles
to shake a stick at. So make this a National to remember, come for the
weekend and stay for the week. Updates in the magazine and on this page
will keep you informed over the coming months. I am looking forward to
