Saturday is a day of activities both on and off site.

You can explore the Somerset country side with the Scenic run or just get yourselves out to visit the local attractions, these include Longleat Safari Park and House, The Castles of Nunney and Dunster. West Somerset Steam Railway, Wells Cathedral, Glastonbury, and Stourhead House. Or how about exploring the moors or Cheddar Gorge. So much to see.

Or pit your wits against the cryptic clues of the Scatter run. Take in the country side at the same time.

Your Autojumble stalls await your rummaging and club regalia stand has new stock for your delight.

We have tyre rolling contest again this year courtesy of Longstone Tyres and the raffle has great prizes.

There is always time for a game of Skittles in the clubhouse and a pint or two from the bar.

When you are all done with your day of exploration the evening has some more for you to enjoy.

It is Caribbean Buffet time. Come dressed in Jack Sparrow or Jamacian style, let your dreadlocks down,

Frome Rugby Football Club ~~~ Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th July 2010 ~~~ Somerset BA11 2NA

Your 2010 National Rally is the ATDC's premier event of the year, and is organised for you All. This year we will be guests of Frome Rugby Football club, which is situated on the outskirts of this ancient and historic town in the north east corner of Somerset. The National is run from Friday afternoon , with a traditional welcoming evening dinner, through to the award of cups and prizes on Sunday afternoon. Many members remain until Monday and usually celebrate the weekend with an evening together on Sunday. Some members also stay on for the week to further explore the surrounding countryside. We have a full programme of activities both on and off site in the planning. There will be lots to choose from or you can just take it easy and enjoy the company and the cars. The National is a Family event and we encourage all family members, as well as extended family and friends to attend.

Somerset and surrounding counties have a great many attractions to be visited, these include the East and West Somerset Steam Railways, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Longleat, Bath, Wells Cathedral, Glastonbury and enough castles to shake a stick at. So make this a National to remember, come for the weekend and stay for the week. Updates in the magazine and on this page will keep you informed over the coming months. I am looking forward to meeting you all in 2010. Monty Mumford Event Organizer.
