Pre-War Austin 10 boot trunk.

I have discovered my father's old Austin trunk in the loft.
The measurements are 43cm x 42cm x 77cm
The trunk looks to be in good condition.
Is there any interest in buying these trunks nowadays please?

Hi Alan,

I definitely think that someone will be interested in the Trunk you have.

Awhile ago someone was making and selling on eBay new ones made to the same specifications so to have an original one would be a bonus.

Any chance of pictures and an idea of how much you are asking for it please?

Thanks for your response.
I do have some photographs, taken in the loft, but I'm not sure how to attach them to your site.
A classic car auction house has indicated that the trunk could fetch up to £80.
I had to add my email address when posting my original message. Perhaps it would be easier if anyone who is interested could contact me that way. I could then attach the photos.

Hi Alan,

The way I add photos is to share them from Flickr by copying and pasting the bbcode  in this box. It is possible to do this through other  sites but I have not used them.

Your suggestion for any one who is interested to contact you is probably the best way and email the photos.
