If you are organising an event please download the Flow Chart and Event Information Form which includes a Risk Assesment. Please complete the Event Information Form and return to the Clubs Events Secretary, either by post or by scanning the completed form and emailing it.
It is important that this form be completed and sent to the Events Sec well in advance of the event taking place. This is essential to ensure that the event organisers are covered by the Club's public liability insurance. For further information ro advice contact the Events Secretary.
