Business of the Meeting
AGM Agenda, Annual Report and Accounts were issued in the March magazine. Copies of these together with the Minutes of the previous AGM may be read on this website at Members Area / Meeting Documents / Annual General Meeting. The reasons for and effects of four of the proposals to be put before the meeting were included in the January magazine and may be read via the link at the bottom of this page.
There is also a proposal to increase subscription fees this year. See Agenda
Refreshments
Will be available in the lunch break including sandwiches, crisps, fruit, and tea or coffee. There will be a charge of £5 for these, cash on the day.
Talk
After the break there will be a talk by David Withers on the Starter Motor Project at Bicester Heritage for training apprentices tin the maintentance & repair of historic vehicles.
Proxy Form
For those unable to attend the meeting a proxy form was issued with the March magazine for completion and return to the Chariman by 19th April. Instructions on how to complete the form and wher to send it are included in the form.
