The Goathland Community Hub is a purpose built community facility in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors. The site is close to the centre of the village of Goathland but in a quiet location

There is an electronic entry form that can filled in and emailed using your pc, laptop, pad or smartphone. Download from the link on this page. See insructions and link lower down the page
Postal Entries
If you you have no e-mail & send your entry by post please include an SAE to enable an acknowledgement of receipt.

How to Use e-form
Tab betwen the boxes & enter your details & requirements.
Boxes with an arrow are pick-lists - use the arrow to find your choice.
Small square boxes are tickable - click on them and a tick will appear, click again to cancel
In the Total boxes you will need to enter the cost of your selection for that line - just put a number no need for a £ sign. There is no facility to add up for you so you will need to do the sums, and enter the Final Total at the bottom RH corner.
Check the contents. Check the Totals. Save your completed e-form. Use save-as and/or rename the form to include either your name or membership No. Email the e-form to the email address shown on the form. Don't forget to pay via bank transfer.
