Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show at the NEC

Just booked my tickets for this year's show for Sat 9th. Using the club code it was cheaper than the "Advance Tickets with discount" price shown in the magazine. There is a £2.50 fee for booking online which eats into the advance booking discount but it applies per order and not per ticket, so if yo...

Re: Headlight bulb holder

Try Club Spares they may have some in the used parts. You will need to explain that you want bulb holders with two studs but not offset pins. Re: 1932 Austin 10 Dynamo Noise

A chirruping noise from a dynamo could be: belt slipping - but you say not. Sometimes only slips when generator comes under increased load e.g. with headlights and or wipers on bronze bush needs oiling - there is a lubricator at one end of the dynamo shaft (the opposite end from roller bearing). Thi...

What on earth is this about, somebody please explain.
Phishing spam sometimes gets thru' the layers of protection but most is kept out. When it does it gets reported or spotted by me and removed. As Rod says do NOT click on any links.

Re: Fuel tank sender

Hi can anyone tell me if you have to remove the petrol tank on a 1935 austin Litchfield to get to the fuel tank sender unit. Thanks Chris It may be easier to remove the tank so as to deal with the likely rusted up screws holding the sender unit in place. With the Lichfield you should be able to see...
