Trying to find Dads car
Hi there to all members ,
I’m trying to find an Austin Ten 1937 which was owned by my late father . My is to find it and restore it to its original glory. DVLA have no record of the number on their data base so I’m not sure where that leaves my lines of enquiry. The reg no. is DRB 93.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Regards Brian & Jo

Should be no problem with either text or numbers on here - ABC 456. How long ago did your father own the car? The Swansea computer was set up in the 1980s and owners were asked to transfer details to it upon which they issued a V5 to replace the old registration book R.F.60. This applied to all vehicles including those that were not taxed or on the road at the time.
