Hi, can someone tell me the correct pressures for a 1947 Austin 10.

Front 24psi, rear 25psi. Or 1.65 / 1.7 bar if you have a metric gauge.
PSI figures from The Cassell Book of the Austin10 (1939-47) by Elliison Hawkes, published 1951, Third edition 1955.
It is tucked away at the back of the book under Ch XIV General Maintenance - page 190

If you load it up with 4 people and their luggage for holiday you will need more pressure in the rear tyres of course
