Running Board covers

Austin 10/4 Lichfield: Some time ago I saw some rubber or possibly fibreglass covers for a Lichfield running board advertised. I think it was in Northern Ireland. The covers on my car are now reaching a stage where they can no longer be patched up. The boards underneath are in good condition but the rubber covers have been glued many times and are rapidly becoming unsafe. I want to retain the Austin Logo and step/ tread pattern if at all possible but again on my car these are extremely worn. Has anyone any knowledge about rubber or fibreglass copies of the originals and where they might be obtained? I don't really want to use just plain ribbed rubber sheeting without the Austin trade mark logos if at all possible? I can be contacted at david404johnson@btinternet.com or through this site. Any help or advice would be most welcome.

Yes - the description implies they fit all 10 models prior to the Cambridge so that would include all chrome-rads and the named models: Sherborne & Lichfield saloons, Clifton two-seater, Colwyn cabriolet and 10 Open Road tourer.

They are handed left and right so you may wish to check with Spares to see if "One" item covers both sides or if you need to order 2.
