Viewing Meetings
It is a very long-standing policy that club members may attend meetings of the board, or management committee as it is more widely known, by prior arrangement. This is to enable club members to see how it works and gain an insight into activities. Meetings are usually at the site of the club spares in Bucks but may be “virtual” online from home or “hybrid” a mixture of the two.
If you are interested in attending a meeting please contact the Chairman, the Editor, of one of the other committee members.
Joining the Board
The November magazine sought members willing to join the board to help run the club and guide it forward. There are between 6 and 8 meetings a year. All board members are elected, or re-elected, at the AGM in April each year to serve for the next 12 months.
If you are considering this then attending a meeting is a good way of testing the water without commitment.
