New Rates From 1st June

New annual rates approved by members at the AGM are:

Single (Standard) Membership - £45

Joint (2 persons) Membership - £46

These rates are effective from 1st June 2023 and apply to both new members and renewals from that date.

Renewals

About half the membership are due to renew at the end of June when these new rates will be in operation from the start of the month. 

About half the membership come due for renewal at other times in the year. 

Members can check the date of renewal from their membership card or by logging in to the members area of the web site (www.austintendriversclub.com) and viewing their member details (Members Area > Your Membership> Member Information)

Members Data

The ATDC web site securely holds membership records for all members including the second
member of a Joint Membership. Second members can register an email address and gain full access
to the web site just as does the principal member, this includes the ability to create their own
personal profiles, update data preferences and to register to participate in the forum. The only
difference between principal and second members in a Joint Membership is that only the principal's
address is used for the mailing of magazines and membership cards. you can check and amend your personal data and data on your car online.

3 Ways of Renewing

When your membership renewal is due there are three ways to renew:

• Use the form mailed to you in your copy of the magazine and return it with payment to Membership Services (full details are on the form)
• By logging in to the members’ area of the web site – if you are due to renew this will be flagged to you on log in. You may renew on-line, pay by card and update your data permissions. Members may renew on-line from 30 days prior to expiry up to 2 months after expiry.
• By telephoning Membership Services (0345 222 5612) and paying by card. Lines are open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Please remember that as we are a small team and may be dealing with another enquiry, your call may not be answered immediately.

Please note that new membership cards are only dispatched once your renewal date has passed.
