A copy of the minutes of the management committee meeting held via Zoom on the evening of Monday 26th June are now available for members to read.

Subjects discussed included implementing the AGM Resolutions, disposal of old parts containing asbestos, gathering car data from members, and plans for the upcoming National Rally.

Open Policy

It is Club policy that the proceedings of the management committee (the ATDC Board) should be open to members. Minutes have been published online in the members area since 2012 and since August 2023 in the Club Magazine, a copy of the May minutes appearing in the August Magazine.
