The meeting on 19 Oct covered a broad agenda including disussion on the Plan to Grow Membership to be presented at the AGM
The 24th Nov meeting was called to consider The Future Of the Spares Operation in preparation for discussion at the AGM.

These minutes were approved by the Board at its meeting on 13th January 2024 and released for publication.
Open Policy
It is Club policy that the proceedings of the management committee (the ATDC Board) should be open to members. Minutes have been published online in the members area since 2012.
Archive Minutes
Copies of all surviving committee minutes are now available to view in Meeting Docments / Archive Documents. These cover from January 1966 onwards, but with gaps in the 1980s and 1990s.
Observers
Members are welcome to attend meetings as observers, whether as potential future committee members or as interested members wishing to gain an oversight into the way things are done. Representatives from local regions particularly welcome. Most meetings are now via Zoom.
