These minutes as amended were approved by the Board at its meeting 59/09 on 21st March 2024 and released for publication.
Open Policy
It is Club policy that the proceedings of the management committee (the ATDC Board) should be open to members. Minutes have been published online in the members area since 2012.
Archive Minutes
Copies of all surviving committee minutes are now available to view in Meeting Documents / Archive Documents. These cover from January 1966 onwards, but with gaps in the 1980s and 1990s.
Observers
Members are welcome to attend meetings as observers, whether as potential future committee members or as interested members wishing to gain an oversight into the way things are done. Representatives from local regions particularly welcome. Most meetings are now via Zoom.
