Membership Subscription Renewal
Annual subscriptions for approx half the membership falls due for renewal at the end of June. If you’re subs are due for payment at the end of the month you will have received a reminder form in the June magazine. Please renew promptly.
Ways to Renew
There are 3 ways:
- Online in the Members Area of the website. After you have logged in click on Renew Now
- Phone to Membership Services on the landline No. shown in the magazine and on the website under Contact Us
- Post using the red-edged form enclosed in your magazine.

New Subs Rates
From 1st June – a £1 annual increase – appears on the renewal form.
Membership List
A list of new members who joined in June appears on page 16 of the magazine. This list only includes those who have agreed to the sharing of this information with other members of ATDC. It is intended that the New Members list will again become a regular feature. It was re-instated at the request of members to assist with organising local events and for the assistance of new members by existing ones.
ATDC does not share its membership information with other organisations.
Spares Sec Vacancy
This post on the committee will become vacant later this year. It is an opportunity to get involved in an important part of the club’s support to members. The role and responsibilities are outlined on page 8 of mag.
Future Spares Operation
A discussion on the future of Club Spares was started in the Annual Report (March mag) to members & continued at the AGM in April (Minutes in May mag). For anyone contemplating taking on the role of Spares Sec there is an opportunity here for early involvement & influence in future plans and to implement them in due course.
