Open Policy

It is Club Policy that the proceedings of the Board are open to view by members.  Minutes of meetings have been published online since 2012.

Members can attend meetings, by prior arrangement, as observers and this has been so for many decades. Now easier by the use of Zoom for most meetings.  Representatives of Regions are particularly welcome.
