For those who have yet to see their magazine, for future members joining in 2025, and those of us who have mislaid our form or who wish to change the entry after filling it in, a printable copy of the form is available to download from the link at the bottom of this page.

Please check the appropriate class for entry, page 3. These are unchanged from recent past years. Please read the terms & conditions of entry, page 4. These too are similar to recent past years and with some points specific to the site

Evening Meals - Special Dietary Needs

If you are booking Friday dinner and/or Saturday Buffet and have specific dietary needs such as gluten-free, nut allergy or vegan please specify this, on the form if you can and also in your email or letter enclosing the form (belt & braces).
