Changes to Agenda

The initally proposed increase of £1 in Standard Subs is now proposed to be a £3 increase to £45 per annum, and that of £0 for Joint Membership is now proposed to be £1 increase to £46 per annum - April mag page 16 

Proxy Votes

Proxy forms were printed before the above proposed changes and do not show that option. Also they did not include voting for the President and Vice President candidates who fall due for bi-annual renewal this year.

Members who are unable to attend the AGM and wish their proxy votes to count should notify the chairman of their wishes not only on the form but also with respect to the proposed amendments and their choice of candidates for the honorary posts of President and Vice Presidents.

The deadline for receipt of proxies is midday 20th April.
